SkylineDirect is the conglomeration of many local, well know companies from the past - LaserTone, Laser Perfect, Remtico, P.A.D. Business Equipment, Quality Office Plus, and Cole Typewriter. While much of that business has become irrelevant and went by the wayside, with more than 32 years of experience in the field of office equipment repair and supplies, we are still going strong in the printer market servicing businesses throughout Central New York every day.

As printing costs continue to skyrocket, we provide companies with a cost effective solution to high priced toner cartridges, office machines and overpriced service companies. Saving businesses money is not only our niche, it's our mission.We keep our overhead extremely low so that we can pass the savings on to our customers creating a win-win situation for everybody which is why most of our clientele consists of customers we've been servicing for more than 20 years!

We specialize in all kinds of businesses, big and small, from large corporations to car dealerships to manufacturing facilities to home users. There no such thing as an unimportant customer!

A leader in both toner cartridge and material recycling, less than 1% of the waste we bring in actually goes to the landfill.
