Most of our online competitors refurbished or even recertified machines DO NOT come with supplies, forwarding the additional expense of purchasing a toner cartridge to the customer - usually ranging between $50 and $300! They normally don't include a printer connection cable either.

Just like almost anything else, you can judge the quality of a refurbished/recertified printer by it's warranty. Obviously a company is not going to put a strong warranty on a product they know won't hold up. Most of our competitors machines only include a 30, 60 or 90 day warranty. Why do you think that is?
