Printers aren't perfect. Engineers aren't perfect. Any new printer usually has some kind of inherent flaw. Unfortunately, these design weaknesses are never discovered until enough have been sold and the customers start finding out the hard way. When a machine is refurbished at SkylineDirect, not only do we completely rebuild every machine from the frame up and replace the parts that normally wear, but we install any upgraded parts that have been released to eliminate future problems.
						Why else would we put a full 1 year warranty on them?
						Another reason we consider our machines to be better than new is price. You get the same machine with all the new and upgraded parts for a fraction of the price of the printer when it was new! When you can get a $1000 printer for $350 with a FULL toner cartridge and the same warranty than most brand new printers, we consider that a pretty good deal!
