									These terms and conditions apply to laser printers, laser faxes and laser multifunctions only. Please inquire regarding warranties on other types of equipment. Repairs to specific problems diagnosed and corrected are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of the initial service call and includes all parts and labor. If the same machine needs to be repaired for the same reason as the initial repair due to defective parts or workmanship within 1 year, we will replace all necessary parts for free and waive all labor charges. In the event that new and/or unrelated problems develop within the warranty period, additional labor charges will apply. Our service guarantee does not apply to equipment issues that result from misuse, abuse or overuse of the equipment. Please refer to your operator's manual for instructions on proper usage.
