We understand that our customers' needs may be different in different circumstances. It may not be as important for a laptop in the back of the warehouse to look as nice as one in the front office where people can see it. Therefore, we offer several different grades of laptops to choose from. Obviously all of our recertified laptops are in 100% perfect condition mechanically. The grade of the laptop basically denotes the aesthetic condition of the exterior casing as well as keyboard and screen condition.
