Every computer we select for recertification is thoroughly pre-tested, and extensively cleaned inside to like-new condition. Any component in less than 100% perfect condition is discarded and replaced. The unit is then post-tested and is ready for an operating system to be installed.

We understand that our customers' needs may be different in different circumstances. It may not be as important for a PC in the back of the warehouse to look as nice as one in the front office where people can see it. Therefore, we offer several different grades of PC's to choose from. Obviously all of our recertified PC's are in 100% perfect condition mechanically. The grade of the PC basically just denotes the aesthetic condition of the exterior casing.
