Furthermore, we guarantee that, under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible machine - the same warranty that new OEM cartridges carry. If a defect in a cartridge directly causes a machine failure, we will gladly repair or replace the machine at absolutely no cost. We've never had it happen.

Since 2003, most makes and models of printers, faxes and copiers communicate with their toner cartridges via an RF chip. These chips store information such as toner percentage, number of pages printed, install dates, date last used and more in a ROM microprocessor located onthe chip itself.

The information is viewed by printing a SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE located in the INFORMATION MENU through the keypanel on the machine. These chips are not only incredibly accurate, but are also completely unalterable by customers, vendors or service technicians, therefore preventing any arguments or abuse between the seller and the user. These chips also prevent the manufacturer from underfilling or overfilling the cartridge which creates a level playing field for both parties.
