If you're using brand new OEM cartridges, then you're definitely paying too much. If you're using super cheap "bargain" cartridges you found on the internet and are having a lot of problems, then you're probably not paying enough. The problem is, saving money is good. But saving TOO MUCH money can make for a very bad experience. The bottom line is that printing does cost some money. However, it's also an integral and important part of any business. Any company needs to print at some capacity in order to operate. Unfortunately, many office managers and business owners have forgotten that and in an attempt to save money, they actually end up spending more.
